MORNING STAGE Privacy Policy

1. Information stored locally by MORNING STAGE

MORNING STAGE is an alarm app. Information you enter or create for normal app operation, such as alarm times, alarm names, repeat days, mission selections, difficulty choices, and snooze preferences, is stored locally on your device.

MORNING STAGE does not currently require a user account and does not operate an ODYSSEY MAKERS server for uploading or remotely storing this alarm data.

2. Analytics

MORNING STAGE uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used, measure product performance, and improve the user experience.

Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically process information such as:

app-instance and device identifiers;
device model, operating system, and other device information;
general or approximate geographic information;
app launches, sessions, screen views, and other app lifecycle events; and
interactions with App features and events.

MORNING STAGE also records product-related analytics events such as alarm creation, alarm activation, mission start and completion, snooze use, and alarm dismissal. These events may include non-personal parameters such as mission type, mission difficulty, repeat-alarm status, mission completion time, or snooze duration.

MORNING STAGE does not intentionally include alarm names or other free-form alarm text in these analytics events.

Information processed through Google Analytics for Firebase is handled under Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

3. Crash reporting and diagnostics

MORNING STAGE uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and improve app stability, including crashes, non-fatal errors, and Application Not Responding (ANR) events.

Firebase Crashlytics may automatically process diagnostic information such as:

crash stack traces and exception information;
relevant application state at the time of a crash or error;
device and operating-system metadata;
app version and session information;
Crashlytics installation identifiers and Firebase installation identifiers used for crash reporting; and
when Google Analytics is enabled, breadcrumb information about app events that occurred before a crash.

Crashlytics data is used for crash reporting, troubleshooting, stability monitoring, and improving MORNING STAGE. It is not used by ODYSSEY MAKERS to sell locally stored alarm data.

4. Advertising and third-party data processing

MORNING STAGE uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertising.

According to Google's documentation, the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share data such as:

IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
app and advertising interactions, including app launches, taps, and ad interactions;
diagnostic and performance information; and
device or account identifiers, including Android advertising ID and App Set ID where applicable.

Google states that these data may be used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data processed by Google is subject to Google's own policies and terms.

5. Consent and advertising choices

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, MORNING STAGE uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage advertising-related privacy choices before requesting ads.

When Google makes a privacy-options entry point available for your region and consent state, MORNING STAGE may provide an in-app way to reopen those options.

You may also be able to reset or delete your Android advertising ID through Android privacy or advertising settings.

6. App permissions

MORNING STAGE may use Android permissions and system capabilities needed for reliable alarm operation, including:

notification permission;
exact alarm scheduling;
full-screen alarm presentation;
foreground service operation;
restart or boot-completion handling; and
vibration.

The current Android version of MORNING STAGE does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location for its core alarm functionality.

7. Sharing and sale of information

ODYSSEY MAKERS does not operate a user-account database for MORNING STAGE and does not sell locally stored alarm data.

Information may be processed by Google in connection with Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, and related Google services as described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

8. Data retention and deletion

Alarm and preference data stored locally by MORNING STAGE remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, subject to Android system behavior.

Because MORNING STAGE does not currently provide user accounts or an ODYSSEY MAKERS cloud database for alarm data, ODYSSEY MAKERS generally does not possess a remote copy of that local alarm data.

Data processed by Google through Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, or other Google services is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable policies and user controls.

9. Security

MORNING STAGE is designed to keep core alarm and preference data primarily on the device.

Information transmitted to Google services such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit using secure transport technologies such as HTTPS or TLS, according to Google's documentation.

Third-party providers apply their own technical and organizational security measures to information they process.

10. Children

MORNING STAGE is a general-purpose alarm app and is not specifically designed or marketed as a service for children.

If our target-audience configuration or applicable obligations change, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

11. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to Google's applicable safeguards and policies.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when MORNING STAGE, third-party services, or legal or platform requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

3. 오류 및 비정상 종료 진단

MORNING STAGE는 앱의 안정성을 확인하고 개선하기 위해 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다. Crashlytics는 앱 비정상 종료, 비치명적 오류 및 ANR(Application Not Responding) 현상을 탐지하고 원인을 분석하는 데 사용됩니다.

ODYSSEY MAKERS는 MORNING STAGE 사용자 계정 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않으며, 기기 내부에 저장된 알람 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

다만 위에서 설명한 Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob 및 관련 Google 서비스 제공 과정에서 Google이 관련 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 또한 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 경우 정보가 제공될 수 있습니다.

8. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

MORNING STAGE가 기기 내부에 저장한 알람 및 설정 정보는 사용자가 이를 수정·삭제하거나, 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 Android 시스템 동작에 따라 기기에 남아 있을 수 있습니다.

현재 MORNING STAGE는 사용자 계정이나 알람 데이터를 저장하는 ODYSSEY MAKERS 자체 클라우드 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않으므로, ODYSSEY MAKERS는 일반적으로 해당 로컬 알람 데이터의 원격 사본을 보유하지 않습니다.

Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob 또는 기타 Google 서비스를 통해 Google이 처리하는 데이터의 보관 및 삭제는 Google의 관련 정책과 사용자 설정에 따라 처리됩니다.

9. 데이터 보안

MORNING STAGE는 핵심 알람 및 설정 데이터를 주로 기기 내부에 유지하도록 설계되어 있습니다.

Google의 안내에 따르면 Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics 및 Google Mobile Ads와 같은 Google 서비스로 전송되는 정보는 HTTPS 또는 TLS와 같은 안전한 전송 기술을 이용해 전송 중 암호화됩니다.

Google 등 제3자 서비스 제공자는 자신이 처리하는 정보에 대해 각자의 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.

10. 아동

MORNING STAGE는 일반적인 알람 앱이며 아동을 위한 서비스로 특별히 설계되거나 마케팅되지 않습니다.

대상 연령 설정 또는 적용되는 의무가 변경되는 경우 관련 처리 방식과 본 개인정보처리방침을 필요에 따라 변경합니다.

11. 국외 처리

Google 및 Google의 서비스 제공자는 이용자가 거주하는 국가 외의 국가에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 해당 처리는 Google이 적용하는 보호조치와 정책에 따릅니다.

12. 개인정보처리방침 변경
